    When i turn it off and it doesnt turn off normally it just stays on, all the case fans are spinning not sure about gpu, cpu fans but the case fans are definitely spinning and fans are rgb so the lights stay on, about the buzzing sound i have 4 sockets behind my pc desk one is for the monitor...

    When I turn off my pc through start menu it goes through the shut down process and windows shuts down, the monitor turns off, mouse and keyboard lights turns off but fans keep spinning and lights are on.
