Update: Ended up buying a brand new B650 MB (Asus B650M-E Wifi) and managed to post! Sadly after a few days, it shut off suddenly and refused to post (no lights no LEDs no fans) again. Every component except GPU & PSU is new so I'm now suspecting the PSU.

Update: I received a new pair of RAM (same model) after a successful Return for Assessment. I installed them and got back to my original problem of red DRAM with "no signal" on monitor. I called the retailer asap, and was instructed to try each stick in each slot 1 at a time, while waiting...
