I saw 15.4gb usable out of 16gb in my pc. (642mb hardware reserved) 5600g rtx 3060 2x8gb gskill ripjaws v 3200mhz b450m steel legend.. anyway I can remove the 642mb on my ram? what I see on google is because i'm using a cpu with igpu, but i'm using a discrete gpu.. afaik i've disabled my igpu...

I cleaned install windows to a new ssd 500gb. and i am planning on using my old HDD 2tb as a 2nd drive, how do i remove the OS on the hdd?
