I wish to run 1 gpu eyefinity 3 screens as 1 with rx 6800, 1 screen 290x duplicating the desktop 2nd gpu. Can this be done?

Thanks for that guys, i should of said this before, i currently have a cool masters silent pro gold 800w but I dont think its doing the job..... Am i mistaken and this is ok or should i change it for 850w?
