I have a Ryzen 1600 with Stock Cooler and an ASUS B350M-A/CSM MOBO. I have a 500W PSU. I can OC to 3.7 easily with 1.30V. When I try to do 3.8, it requires me to use 1.3750V. Is my MOBO bad?
