I have this problem too, but when i put my old RAM in my pc works perfectyl. i would test one RAM stick at the time and check if that works so it could be your RAM that needs RMA

My cpu and motherboard temps has raised very high suddenly, while playing cs go on low my cpu us running at 80c and my mother board is like 75c? somebody know what could be the problem?
