    Lower Fan Speed With Molex

I have a microATX motherboard with just one fan header. However, I didn't consider looking into splitters. If I can find one that I can buy right now with my nearly empty bank account, I may take that. I only need to reduce speed of exhaust fans, intake can run at full speed (since my fans are...

    Lower Fan Speed With Molex

OK! Thanks for info. What is the layout for molex's 5v, 7v, 12v and ground pins? My fan's molex plug appears to be modifiable. I can take out the metal connector from one pin and move to other. I assume I don't need an adapter in this case, right? Just move the voltage input to the right pin.

    Lower Fan Speed With Molex

I have a few case fans that have no slots left in motherboard, so I have to use molex. However, at molex they turn full speed, which is not optimal for me (the fans are not loud, but due to my case configuration, I have more exhaust fans than intake, plus intake fans has a bit more of obstacles...

A PSU with only 4-pin connector for CPU

What about Corsair VS 500W? That costs nearly €10 less. Is it as reliable?

A PSU with only 4-pin connector for CPU

I already have bought my GPU. It's GTX 1060-6GB with single 6-pin.

A PSU with only 4-pin connector for CPU

I bet I can go for the P1-450S-X2B9. Looking at this one I can see no negative reviews, so I guess it's a very decent PSU. It also costs around €50, so it's not that expensive. Still have to go like €15 above planned budget for PSU.

    Ryzen running at 3504MHz

@sickaid I bet you meant not enough, not a lot. Having a lot of thermal paste in most cases makes no difference, unless it's conductive and gets to some pins, wires, lanes or either is non-conductive, spills into socket and manages to tight into space between pin and it's slot, disconnecting...

A PSU with only 4-pin connector for CPU

I noticed that XFX XT 500W P1-500B-XTFR was relatively cheap and highly rated, and since I haven't bought a new PSU yet, I ought to ask - would you reccomend me buying this one? It's €43(plus I get free shipping :P), just a few bucks more than the ones I mentioned before.

Just read that the fortron one also seems to have just 4-pin for CPU. I'll keep digging.

A PSU with only 4-pin connector for CPU

Within my price range: Corsair VS450 Fortron FSP500-60APN LEPA MX-F1 N500-SB-EU Those ones appear to have good reviews, but I suspect most of them come from very low-end systems.

In my country your mentioned PSU costs nearly as much as my motherboard.
