have you tried looking in your task manager processes and see whats running during these spikes of heavy CPU load?

can u expound on what is over heating exactly? and what temps do you have for components that are getting hot?

ok well the reason we did that is too see what part of the computer may be malfunctioning. if the ram, GPU and HD are out and it still doesnt post there may be a problem with your PSU, motherboard or CPU. if you have a friend who can let u test out your parts in his rig that would be a big help...

ok keep those out and also take out the Hard drive. see what you get then

disconnect all but one ram module if you have more than one, disconnect your HD and GPU then plug the display onto your motherboard. for sure you have on board graphics and see if you get a post.

Maybe you have something running in the background? and my last guess would be the airflow of your case. make sure your GPU has a good source of air otherwise it cannot cool properly.

my guess earlier that your cooler might be faulty. see if you can get a second opinion on if your cooler system is actually 100% working. one way to do this is if you have a friend who can let u try using your cooling system on their CPU. preferably a AMD cpu for consistency

thermal throttling is when your hardware gets too hot and then as a built in safety measure it lowers the clock speeds in order to keep the hardware from getting too hot and getting damaged. those temps seem kind of high in my opinion. we have the same GPU and i also play those games and my r9...

another reason could be that maybe the radiator isnt getting enough airflow? make sure the intake and out take of your case are free from any obstructions

is the place you sent the cooling unit to far? maybe there might not be full contact between the water block and the CPU. happened to me when i bought my first all in one water cooler. try resetting it a couple of times and see what you get. also be sure to use quality thermal paste.

try plugging the monitor to your motherboard instead and see if you get a signal. if your CPU has on board graphics and its working it should give u a signal

that might be the case. but for sure the fx 6300 wont bottleneck that GPU

try checking the temps of your graphics card to see if theres some thermal throttling. also try updating your GPU drivers.

system requirements for minecraft is intel HD graphics which that laptop has. but it might not run as smooth as you like.

i dont think its a problem with your CPU that sounds like the cooling unit malfunctioning. especially if you replaced your CPU already and the problem still persists. try switching the cooling unit out with something else you might have and see what temps u get.
