i have a case fan that has a 2 pin hole plug and motherboard has a 3 pin on it. Is there an adapter i can get or do i have to figure out some magical trick to hook it up. Had fan already from old comp and wanted to give my slightly newer comp more air circulation.

ok thank you. Also do i need to look for anything special for the x16 pci card or do they all mostly work for this slot? Don't want to buy one and find out it doesn't fit in it.
