Update : I did a fresh Windows 11 install and it seems alright as now while I'm writing this , I don't know if it will come back or that i fixed this permanently, I'll update you when I reinstall all my games and files and apply some settings, the drive is now 412GB free by the way

The max that I leave is about 20GB and most of the time it's 70GB-100GB free

I would consider completely wiping the disk if only that it garantees the problem to be fixed
