The BIOS is not locked and I can choose to boot from either the C drive or SATA optical drive. The RAID is password protected though. If I install from a disk will that unlock the RAID and erase anything on those drives as well?

A friend of a friend worked security for a company that went out of business and bought their servers. I got one of them, a Dell Poweredge r710 with one Intel Xeon E5530. I was able to boot it up and to find it has Citrix XenServer on it but everything is password protected. I want to wipe it...
