    The problem is that you already took K processor, maybe considering fact that you took it cheaper - no big loss in form of overclocking in case you go with B660 road. It would be interesting to see / prospect that Intel will do with 13-gen CPU. They could make it only with Z690 compatible...

    I like TUV, Mortar and Tomahawk because they do not have Intel® I225-V problematic adapter. Z690A equipped with Intel NIC.

    I would recommend you to return low-end Z690 board from Gigabyte and buy strong B660 - like MSI B660 Mortar. The price of Gigabyte Z690 is clear indication that this is very cut down thing, so very unpredictable product. This is just my humble opinion.
