So the controller comes with the fan separately?

I have an Aigo DR12 ice storm fan with a 6pin connector but nowhere to put it on my psu or motherboard. What cable do I need to buy for it to work or do i need a specific motherboard to plug it into? Also is it a Male or female pin?

I bought a Samsung 860 evo SSD with 500 gb and my pc says only 449 MB free of 465 MB. But when I go to Disk Management it shows 465gb free of 500GB. So why is my computer reading it as MB but the disk management is reading it as GB? Mind you I can't download anything because there isn't enough...

My pc which is running Windows 10 restarts without warning and the pc itself doesn't shirt off. I upgraded the power supply before so it can't be that because it's still doing it could it be overheating?
