You could also watercool your Cpu and fit a top mounted Rad that will also help reduce your internal temp. Also follow where your fans are moving heat to and from eg where cables are running are they obstructing air flow

I know this is an old thread But ive managed to fit A 360mm rad and three fans in the top of my nzxt source 340. its not mentioned anywhere. Sorry mines a NZXT source 530 no idea how i cocked this up sorry again Aj

Im new to this too. It either sound like a blockage/ kinked tube or air lock Or your pump has failed/ seized . Also you should have the pump connected to the psu not a fan header. all i could say is strip it all down and flush through with water checking for blockages then re-assemble...
