The idle GPU speed is 210Mhz while the Memory's is 405Mhz. The temp is currently 49C which is still somewhat hot imo. (Data from MSI Afterburner)
EDIT: Thank you hotaru and juan, setting a custim fan curve did the trick!
Thanks for the reply, here is the rest of the build:
-I can't find the case anywhere on the internet, it's called Hybrok Swan ARGB, it has 3 front fans and 1 in the back + 2 watercooling fans mounted on top.
-Motherboard: MSI MAG B660 TOMAHAWK DDR5 WIFI
-1tb MSI M.2 Nvme ssd + 500gb Crucial M.2...
Hey people, just bought this new MSI RTX 4060 but noticed that it's always idling at 57C. Under full load (100% utilization in gaming) that card's max temp is 71C which is really confusing since it's a good temp under load. The case is well ventilated with the cpu running at 30C while idle...
I'm not sure, will edit the post once I'm home.
They all light up in normal boot sequence as if the PC boots normally but displays nothing.
I have the I5 12400F paired with an MSI MAG A650BN psu.
Edit: I also haven't updated the BIOS ever since I put the build together, could that be the problem?
No I'm not.
Just checked, all good!
On my motherboard's manual it says that they are both x16 excepted one is 4.0 and the other is 3.0.
I also have a 650Watt psu which I think is enough to run a card on a PCIE 4.0 connection.
Also, thank you :)
Hey good people, I've built my first pc but I've faced a problem. My motherboard has 2 gpu slots, one is gen 4 and the second is gen 3. Both the 4060 and the MSI MAG B660 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR5 mobo are brand new so they can't be defective. When I put the gpu in the 4th gen slot, nothing is...
Thank you punkncat. After taking the pc to a pc store, they've checked every part individually and it was the gpu that was faulty. Well not exactly faulty but it worked with the motherboard of the guy who sold it to me but not mine.
I beg your pardon, I'm not a fluent English speaker so could you please clarify which adapter I should get? Also, are you saying that my PSU could be faulty?
Thank you for the fast reply. I have unfortunately done all that (twice) and the problem still persists. my mobo does have 2 cpu power slots, I've only plugged in one, could that be the cause? I thought the second slot is only for overclocking purposes.
I have it plugged into the the gpu, I've edited the post to include the rig specs. I have an F-series cpu so I'm not sure if it can get me to the BIOS at-least.
Hey good people,
I've recently built my first PC ever and it outputs nothing, I don't even know if the pc manages to get into bios or not. I literally have no idea nor sign about what to do. My only lead are the EZ Debug leds on my MSI MAG B660 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR5 motherboard. Once I press the...
