NOOOOOOOO! Damnit. Is there no way to flash the board without an old CPU?

Have just completed my new build and it wont boot, motherboard shows a solid red CPU light. As far as I can see there are no bent pins on the CPU and both the 24 and 8 pin cables are firmly in place. Build is: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Gigabyte AORUS AM4 AX370 DDR4 16GB Corsair Vengeance EVGA...
