    I'm noticing a drop in my PC's speed with just the two 16GB. Somehow having the messed up setup was faster.

    After Effects just crashed my PC upon rendering a basic video.. sigh EDIT: No high-resource programs active. Just renaming files in Explorer and boom, explorer.exe restarts..

    Understood. I was considering overclocking as I usually am multitasking on my PC with various "high-memory" usage programs. I'll stick with all the settings I currently have unless an error occurs.

    Okay, I'm gonna run another memtest with just the two sticks. If it all clears and I don't see an error persist, should I consider overclocking my components or do you think a RAM upgrade to DDR5 would be best first? Appreciate you and everyone else's help!

    I ran multiple stress tests on all components via OCCT. No errors returned, however when running a test on CPU and RAM, my PC lags and screens go black for a moment, etc.
