Solution ! The real problem was with the mobo as its branded foxconn HP so they dont support heavy gpu.s .. and one thing the gpu is pci-e 3.0 the mobo doesnt supports it.

I got to bois and theres nothing to change default graphics .... but it seems that the real problem is in between the mobo , gpu , and cpu !! i have another card gtx 210 1gb ddr3 and it is runng fine and the system automatcly supports it without changing any settings from bios !!

There are no options like to change the default graphic adapter ! only there is slot secuirity and pci e is enabled and i also checked it while disablibg it *Edit !! ya there are 2 inputs .. vga and dvi.d input and i tried selecting both of them

While USing the gpu card i have put the cable in the integrated one and then also in the discrete one but no display !!
