The same kind of thing happened before when I used a new GPU but it didn't work and gave no signal to monitor while the old one worked fine. While that new GPU was working fine on the other system.

So I didn't use a new cable but I did try another GPU, my old one, and it's running fine till now.

It's not luck, this PSU was built for budget and from small to normal tasks and gaming, and i5 2400 with 1050ti gpu is a normal build. As DSzymborski said, for new components, using this PSU is not such a good approach, I agree with this.
