    I misread that. I read it as they don't refund CPU's because that would make sense to have the label "Non-refundable" on it. It's still a very shifty policy with the wording. I'll get it switched out. Thanks everyone for the help.

    Problem is that you can't get it refunded, only replaced (if applicable), or RMA'd, from my understanding. It came from Newegg.com.
