I misread that. I read it as they don't refund CPU's because that would make sense to have the label "Non-refundable" on it. It's still a very shifty policy with the wording. I'll get it switched out. Thanks everyone for the help.

Problem is that you can't get it refunded, only replaced (if applicable), or RMA'd, from my understanding. It came from Newegg.com.

It is a Z77 based motherboard. Sorry, I didn't post any other parts. This is my first big, complete build. I've never overclocked before and a buddy of mine said it would be a good idea to take that route. I'm not an extreme enthusiast but more of a gamer looking for a good build.
