    Maybe your PSU the problem, 230W with no effieciency. Your GPU can't draw enough power to raech its max performance. You also need to know the game minimum requirement to play it, just in case your RIG can't handle it and crash.

    Did you update the driver to the newest version? Try to use previous driver. Maybe the new driver contain a bug.

    Driver problem, I have same experience as you, it tuned out the new driver bug. But hey, check if the older driver work fine.
