Double checked that PCIE lanes were being recognized, 2 were not. Physically disabled lanes 2 and 3 via MOBO switches and re-imaged....problem was most likely corrupted drivers. After re-imaging everything is back to normal. 75-200 FPS in PS2 on ULtra, TF2 200-300 FPS. Have no idea what...

Presently I uninstalled the graphics driver in an attempt to start fresh.....then after getting the "no nvidia products detected" error did a sys-restore...and now I can't boot. FML. I"ll try that when I get this next thing figured out. Thanks for the help every body.
