I noticed that when I Network and Internet>Network connection>properties>sharing it say's "Internet Connection Sharing has been disabled by the Network Administrator" Which I am thinking is why I can't get the adapter to even show up. It here isn't sure. What do you think?

Ok I figured it out the reset button resets the admin password (which I never set as anything) and from Topspin> enable Topspin> dir config Topspin> delete startup-config reset the unit Login:super Password:super

Has anyone here dealt with a Cisco SFS 3001 aka Topspin 90 and knows how to reset the super user password. I set the password to something else and I know what it is but in case I lose it. Does a file have to be tftp transferred in order to reset it? Thanks.

Like right before you answered I just went to network connections>change adapters settings>IPV4>properties> set the ip and it worked for me. Thanks for the response :)

I need to be connected to the internet on one Nic card and a I need another dummy network on the other Nic card but I can't remember how to set that up if someone can help me.
