yes, ive tested in two working computers and monitors they both do the same thing...I might take it in and get a replacement

So my rtx 3070, the fans dont spin, its not detected by task manager either, and im locked at 1024xsmth( i forget). I installed the drivers aswell...Its also showing green lines whenever i put it above the resolution of 1024xsmth... Anyone have the same issue...I need help ASAP
