    Computer won't boot, DRAM_LED on

    I think I found the problem, I took everything out of the case and it now works. My thoughts are that this is a grounding issue, but I have the standoffs installed. Anyone have any solutions to help that?

    Upgrade CPU or GPU first?

    Well I know currently the overclocked Pentium can run basically all games so far, but I know that won't last long probably. Like there are mods to get farcry to boot with it and it runs fine. Also the gtx 760 is only about 9% less performance wise than the 960 so I wonder if I will be bottlenecked.
