preformance/dollar wise the am3+ is still good to go to...only if you had amd gpu i would say you should go for apu since u can crossfire them but since u running nvidia on that board and cpu wont do you much

+1 for caleb14 mouse is depending on ur preferred grip but for the blackwidow its amazing for the prefomance but not much utility compared to g510s or g19
