No, I can't even get to bios. It hasn't even gone to POST (as far as I can tell). I just get a screen with "no signal". That's it. LEDs and fans work fine

It's always better to have at least 600w of power when running something like that, so if I were you I would spend the extra cash for that. But I think that it COULD run it, but it's better to have too much than too little.
