Anyone? I don't really need specifics on the 740. I just want to know a rough estimate of how much better it is than my 4850. Will it allow me to play Arma 3 any better?

Thank you. Just out of curiousity, if I already have 8gb of RAM and a decent power supply, why would I replace them? Wear and tear? Or are they not usable with the new motherboard?
