Well only time will tell if this was the issue you were having or not. I'm not sure why your boot up times are slower.. Is it ridiculously slower? like 30 seconds or more than it used to be? I wouldn't worry if its another second or two.

Can you try plugging your laptop(I'm assuming) into your router directly to verify that is indeed an issue with your wireless, and not your network card in general.

Sounds like your USB controller, not drivers for USB driven peripherals. Go to your mobo manufacturers website, and look for the USB controller updates. Or use device manager.

Is this a new PC? or an older build that just stopped working? Also, try reseting cmos.

Is your front panel headers still plugged into the motherboard? Like they didn't fall out did they?

The best upgrade in terms of noticeable performance increase to price; is putting your OS and commonly used programs onto a SSD. You can get a 250GB ssd for around $70 nowadays. Also, upgrading to some quicker and larger RAM would be a good idea. Both of these can be purchased for less than $150...

I would boot into safe mode(with networking) and begin doing updates of your drivers. Starting with your graphics card, sound cards, and network cards. This should hopefully solve the issue.

A few things: 1. Unless you are planning to do CPU overclocking, don't bother getting the 6600k. Get the i5-6500, it's a cheaper and you won't notice the performance difference. 2. If you do plan on overclocking your 6600k... A 500w power supply is cutting it pretty close, would recommend...

So I tested it with the integrated graphics on my processor.. and no changes. However, I think I've finally found the culprit, and it wasn't drivers or hardware. It was in fact Corsair Link software. After an hour or so of up time, the CPU usage of the "System Interrupts" process was about 8%...
