I totally forgot to mention. Sometimes but only sometimes the ventilators of the CPU cooler and the GPU go crazy like if they've been turned up to max speed in afterburner.

So long story short I changed my motherboard and I changed my CPU from i5 4460 to i7 4790k. (A professionalist did it obvsly, not me) He gave me my computer back, I powered it on and the loading time from around 30-40 seconds became 2 minutes and probably even more (I am using a SATA HDD). So...

So I recovered some lost files after I reinstalled my OS, but the pdf/office files are really corrupted, how can I fix that? I tried many tools but they didn't work.

Ok, so I had one job.. I had to install an operating system on a new drive, without deleting the old one, but I accidentaly deleted it from the Windows Setup. Is it possible to recover it somehow??
