Go for the new Nvidia GT740 ,720 or even better AMD R7 240 :) Or if you have a tight budget, go for Nvidia 210 , AMD R5 230 . I play League of Legends and Dota2 on R7 , with max settings 60+ fps.

The thermal paste is not such a big factor in cooling as a cpu cooler, so I would personally recommend you to buy an after market cooler. Then you will have more room for over clocking .
