UPDATE it sometimes it boots now but still has the crash and post problem please help

I have a ryzen 5 s600 on a GIGABYTE AB350M-DS3H motherboard a gtx 1050 ti 16 gigs on ddr4 gskill ram a 500wat corsair power supply when I turn on my computer all the fans spin either at full speed or at a level pace nothing shows up on my monitor. but when It does post I try and boot to windows...
