in my previous thread , I learnt that the CPU temp was staying way high , and I fixed that , now im facing that problem , it's a way different problem in my opinion I reduced the lag by quite a lot , but not entirely

I think the card has a feature, making it spin when the usage is getting higher, which i think is good because while im not ingame the usage is max 7%

another question im asking just to be sure is , the fans of my Asus Strix GTX 750ti are not spinning , when the usage is under 10% is that supposed to happen or not ?

Im not a fan of story mode games, which usually have very good graphics, and require very good pc specs, im just looking to play cs go, fortnite and more multiplayer games, so im not planning to play very heavy games
