Between the two laptops, I would go for the Asus. Maybe try looking at some more options before buying though at this price range you should maybe look at your local computer shops for deals that are on. Don't rush it though! Sometimes it's best to take your time with expensive buys!

Unfortunately, I don't think I can do that, this laptop was issued by a company and so it's not letting me access any BIOS I'm used to looking at. All that is available is a HP start up menu, and in here there is no section that allows me to disable the on board graphics card.
