It turned out to be a driver error. I used WhoCrashed to analyze the logs, and it pointed to two drivers which I uninstalled. Thanks for the help!

I have tried sfc /scannow and memtest86+, and Windows still crashes. It won't let me run the powershell command in safe mode.
