So I have been having and issue with my desktop. It won't boot into Windows anymore. Instead I'm stuck at the "Reboot and select proper boot device" screen and even if I select my hdd to boot from it still takes me back to that screen. I have no idea what happened as my computer was running...

because my old rig was prebuilt, win7 was pre installed will i have to buy a win7 disc to re-install it? since i have no optical drive will i need to purchase one?

I recently changed my proprietary alienware motherboard to a M-ATX mobo from asus (P8B75-M) and it wont boot into windows any more. when i startup my pc it either asks me to insert proper boot device, it will blue screen, or windows will try to run the error check and fail. I have no idea what...

so my motherboard died literally an hour ago and i need some help picking a new one. my cpu is a 3rd gen intel i7 3770, and need it to be a mini itx, ive been looking around but cant find much. Any suggestions?

well I've looked around and done everything i could, swapped cables, cleaned components, re-installed drivers, updated bios/drivers/games, disabled automatic restart, ran some stress tests (prime95 and occt) and everything seemed fine, i even lowered the clock speed and power draw of the gpu...

really? even after only two days of use? is there no way to fix it other than buying a new one?

So i recently moved my alienware into a new case, for the first day I ran games just fine, played da inquisition for 4hrs straight with no problems. Next day the second I boot into a game my pc restarts. I reinstalled all the graphics drivers, updated my bios and no matter what game I try it...

i recently moved my x51 to a new case and yes, the wifi is unsuable, you'd need to be wired in through ethernet, or buy a high speed usb wifi adapter

thanks alot for the help! i have been without my desktop or almost a week now, feels good to have it back :) While i managed to get everything working it seems like i dont have wifi. will i need to be wired in all the time? or will i have to buy a usb wifi adapter?

i'm in the process of moving my alienware x51 to a new bigger case, with a better psu and gpu, and the case i bought has led's and i don't know where to plug them or the power/reset switch in the motherboard. Also would like to know if i'll still get wifi
