Only one of the two USB-C ports can be used for connecting to external monitor. I am over the moon... Thank you again...

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I had even tried to limit the GPU to 60Hz from within Windows Display Settings but to no avail. Do I need to do anything in the BIOS?
