I had the same problem as well. Fixed it after updating gpuz.

So I've bought a 2nd hand 980ti yesterday because I got a great deal on it and my i5 4460 seems to be bottlenecking it. My cpu sits at 100% in gta 5, while my 980ti barely breaks 70-75% usage. My budget to upgrade is £250. What would you recommend?
