    I had similar problem when I build my 2400G based system. You need to installl amd chipset and amd vega drivers in the right order. Yes raven ridge is picky about ram. Quite offend Memtest runs fine, but system is unstable because of the RAM, so trying 2666Mhz RAM frequency would be worth a try.

    Yes I tried and its not working. I think the IMC or the infinity fabric is limiting my overclock, not the actual cores.

    General consensus seems to be that any RAM with Samsung B dies work well for raven ridge. Just about any DDR4 WITH LOW Timings will be samsung B dies.     3.9 is max, more voltage doesn't help. About 2666Mhz RAM for 3.9Ghz - So 3200Mhz/3.8Ghz is faster in just about anything including games.

    If I underclock my RAM my 2400G is stable at 3.9 Ghz 1.35V. But for best gaming performance I clock my RAM at 3200Mhz and this limits my CPU overclock to 3.8 GHz.
