Finally the MB wasn't stable, and the shop is going to send me a new one since it was under warranty. I tighten gently the screws on board and I manage to see Bios and make the update. The MB worked properly if no one touch it but not stable. Thank you for your help.

What buttered me is the fact that fan and pump have 3-pins connector and the mb a 4-pin. (And no colors since the cable is covered)

I've already done. (It was my first option). Both were 750W and work. Correct me if I'm wrong but at present I'm focusing on Coolers connections

I suppose the suggestion was about the PSU issue. So, stepping backward I unplugged one by one almost all components (graphic card, SSD, memory, etc) but the problem was still there. For a while I managed to have a Input ON and mb standby idle PC, but plunging Cooler's cable the PSU starts again...
