Why would AMD Overdrive be showing me temps that are decreasing as the load on the CPU is increased then? I don't quite understand why it would show 60ish at idle but 30ish under full load on the cpu?

So I just setup a new build with an MSI FM2-A55-E33 motherboard, AMD Athlon II X4 760k cpu, 4GB (2x2gb) of crucial 1333 ram, zotac gt 440 2gb gddr3, and a 500W Apevia PSU. Unfortunately right now I can't afford to get an aftermarket heatsink for the CPU but I can't really tell if I need one...
