More progress - I've got the 3080 to boot into windows using the bottom PCIE slot, it just won't work in the top. My 2070S works fine in the top slot, strange...

That's what I'm thinking. The 2070s + OC's + all my other component Good call…I just ‘modified’ my old pc case to allow the 3080 to fit, and wallah! It’s turned on with a 500W PSU! What in my pc is stopping it from working?! Do you have discord? May be easier to call if you are ok with? Thank you!

It's an EVGA 600W Bronze, I know...not great. I'm thinking of purchasing the Thermaltake GF850 Gold. Do you think it's causing it to not even post? I'd like to think it would atleast post, with an idle 3080 using sub 100W.
