are you actually going to build this or you just picked the highest rated stuff ? anyways, 32 gig is way too much, there are sticks for cheaper price (160 gig is better) start with that if you are only gaming then there are alot changes to make, first you choose a 1080p panel with a 980ti card...

get the gigabyte windforce, asus or msi. those are pretty good. asus and msi offer pretty good support and warrenty as well. also, why a xeon cpu ?

nope, really no need to upgrade at all. and ill show you why: go to this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJACZ5iStWw you wont need to upgrade for gaming. also, you will need to upgrade your motherboard to match so take that into account.

ahhh i worked with a 290x on an old build and the card sounded like a jet. maybe mine wasnt a cherry picked card lol. i believe it was an xfx card. either way, the psu wont support sli and it isnt as efficient.
