[SOLVED] Critical Process Died - Fresh Install BSOD

I just ran OCCT stress test and I was able to replicate the crash. View: https://imgur.com/a/gqrnaqa I am not knowledgeable enough to to ascertain the results as a direct cause of my PSU. But considering that my temps were fine in previous image, what else would be the cause? My RAM is...

[SOLVED] Critical Process Died - Fresh Install BSOD

Perhaps, but all the symptoms are leading me to believe it is. Ive been reading that the 3080 has a tendency to transiently spike way higher than its 350 TDP. Not sure where to go from here

[SOLVED] Critical Process Died - Fresh Install BSOD

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VdHhwg Here is the link to my build. It seems like the headroom my PSU supplies is very little, and as far as I know it needs to handle a decent amount of power draw variations?

[SOLVED] Critical Process Died - Fresh Install BSOD

I downloaded Windows ISO onto a USB drive and went through the installation prompts and downloaded the drives by going to the necessary websites directly (Nvidia for GPU and Asus for MB) My PSU is around 4 years old. The PC is connected to a surge protector (rated for 1200W). I will have to...

Question Second M.2 slot on my motherboard is only semi-functional ?

If the drive shorted, then clearing CMOS or restarting my PC wouldn't intermittently solve the issue, correct? In that case, would I need to test my PSU with a voltmeter to check if it is still supplying the correct voltage? Or is there another way to figure out whether it is a motherboard vs...

Question Second M.2 slot on my motherboard is only semi-functional ?

The board already has a small tiny standoff. So I don't see how it could be touching the motherboard. I just placed another standoff and it doesn't seem to change the issue. How do I check if I fried my SSD?

Question Second M.2 slot on my motherboard is only semi-functional ?

Perhaps. But, I have run by PC under a stress test and my wattage never exceeds 580 or so, and I don't have any issues. Does that at least make you less suspicious of the PSU as a cause?

Question Second M.2 slot on my motherboard is only semi-functional ?

Because I have 2 brand new samsung EVOs (970 and 980 Pro) that are going through the same issues. Its just that I have run every diagnostic and repair related to my disks and got 2 new SSD. The only other problems that seem to solve it for other people is buying a new PSU because their old one...
