I changed my power plan from ryzen balanced to maximum performance....i think my issue is solved..thank you for your time

My psu is very much new...i was using an old 550 from corsair... I performed a memory check... nothing is wrong with that I updated my drivers I checked my power plan Everything is normal

hey guys..m using athlon 2 x2 245 and 8gb DDR3L 1600mhz ram m planning to upgrade it to phenom 2 x6 1055t.. but some online article shows that phenom cant handle ddr3l ram or 1600mhz ram...is this true?? can it supports ddr3l ram??
