fixed it, i already tried deleting all cfg files in c drive and also tried -novid and vulkan launch codes through steam. Reinstalling steam and the game fixed it for me

Yeah i already knew that my system isnt capable of getting 240fps except maybe in games like cs2, rocket league etc. I just like the smoothness. I probably shouldve just reworded the title to ''Is my system capable of 1440p''. So do you think it is disregarding the 280hz part
