Ok, so cinebench follows more of the CPU than the graphics card, but if that is so, then why were the scores not closer as I had the same CPU with nothing else open.

I was benchmarking a Evga 1080 SC and a Zotac AMP! Extreme 1070. In cinebench the 1070 got 109 frames while the 1080 got 91. But in userbenchmark(126% to 109%), superposition(4162 to 3625 in 1080p extreme), and 3dmark (7381 to 6439) the 1080 handily beat the 1070. I am not sure why the 1080 was...
