Okay I did a stress test and got 4.16ghZ. Is this any good? I was looking to clock it at 4.4ghZ.

So I need help over clocking my Intel core i7 4790K from 4ghz to 4.4ghz. I am familiar with BIOS and the volts and settings. I have tried many times with the #'s and what-not and cannot clock it to 4.4ghz. On CPU stress test I only get 4.1ghz or something like that! Please help by telling me...
