Gigibyte mobo AMD E6-5400k Stock heat sink and cooler 8g RAM 2x4 Corsair CX430 PSU No GPU I've breadboarded and tried a new PSU, RAM, installed a GPU, tested the CPU header with a multi meter, and nothing is making sense. Plugged CPU fan into system fan header and it spins but BiOS wont let PC...
