Yeah, the 350D is about the size of my 200R, and I've seen pictures of a 212 Evo in a 350D.

You'll definitely improve performance, but for WoW alone 8 cores is overkill. If you want to upgrade your CPU, go with something like the FX-4350, it has the newer Piledriver architecture and is clocked by default at 4.2Ghz instead of 3.6Ghz, or you could also simply overclock your current CPU...

Say you had two identical CPUs, one clocked at 3.2Ghz, and another at 3.5Ghz, if I overclocked either of them to 4.5Ghz, would their factory clock speeds matter? If not, would it be bad to buy the less expensive one to save money without sacrificing performance?
